Register
Registration is how you create your personal CellRepo account.
This account represents you as a scientist, before any lab or organisation setup.
You can work entirely on your own, or later join or create an organisation if needed.
Nothing you register at this stage is public.

How to register
To register:
- Click Get started
- You’ll be taken to the login page
- Select Sign up
- Enter:
- your name
- your email address
- a password
- Review and accept the terms and conditions
- Click Sign up
Once you submit the form, CellRepo sends you a confirmation email.
You must confirm your email before you can log in.
Confirming your email address
After signing up, check your inbox for a confirmation email.
In many cases, the email arrives immediately.
However, some email providers — especially Microsoft-managed accounts — may filter it.
If you use Outlook or Microsoft Exchange
If you don’t see the confirmation email in your inbox:
- Check your Junk Email folder
- Look for an email from: support@cellrepo.com
- Open the email
- Choose More actions
- Select Report
- Mark the email as Not junk
You may also see an option asking whether future emails from CellRepo should be trusted.
It’s recommended to confirm this so future messages don’t get filtered.
If the email is not in Junk
Sometimes the confirmation email is filtered into quarantine instead of junk.
In that case:
- Look for a Microsoft notification email about quarantined messages
- Open it and select Release or Allow sender
- This will allow the confirmation email through to your inbox
If you use Microsoft 365 (admin-managed email)
If you are using a Microsoft 365 account, or your email is managed by an organisation:
- Go to security.microsoft.com
- Navigate to Email & collaboration
- Open Review
- Check quarantined messages
- Release the CellRepo confirmation email
This step is sometimes required due to organisation-wide security policies.
What happens after confirmation
Once your email is confirmed:
- your account is activated
- you can log in immediately
- your workspace is private by default
You do not need to set up an organisation or invite anyone at this stage.
If something still doesn’t work
If you have: - checked your inbox - checked your junk folder - checked quarantine messages
and still cannot find the confirmation email, don’t worry.
