Let's now look at how to log in on CellRepo worlspace after signing up.
On your very first login, you’ll also set up two-factor authentication (2FA). This is a one-time step that helps keep your account secure.
Optional demonstration
This short video shows the login process, including first-time two-factor authentication setup.
How to log in
To log in:
- Go to the CellRepo login page
- Enter the email address you used during sign-up
- Enter your password
- Click Log in
If this is your first time logging in, you’ll be guided through a short security setup before continuing.

First-time login: setting up two-factor authentication
On your first login, CellRepo requires you to set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
This helps protect your account and only takes a minute.
You only need to do this once.
What you need
You’ll need an authenticator app on your phone or device.
You can use any standard app, for example:
- Google Authenticator
- Microsoft Authenticator
- any other compatible 2FA app
How to set it up
- If needed, install an authenticator app on your device
- On the CellRepo screen, you’ll see a QR code
- Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code
- The app will generate a temporary verification code
- Enter this code in CellRepo to confirm

Once confirmed, you’ll be logged in automatically.
After authentication
After completing login and authentication:
- you’ll land on the CellRepo dashboard
- what you see depends on whether you’re working solo or within an organisation
If you’re already part of an organisation, you may see existing projects.
If not, your workspace will be empty and ready for you to start.
If something doesn’t work
If you run into issues during login or authentication:
- double-check your email and password
- make sure you’re entering the current code from your authenticator app
- remember that authentication codes refresh every few seconds
